An entry for #Dragons-Of-Pokemon Create a Dragon Type Eeveelution contest
Serpeon: Evolve eevee during level up at day while holding a dragon scale.

I used to do these fake pokemon a lot more during my oekaki days P:
Went all out photoshop and scanned traditional outline here.
